Right a wrong, Canfield activist urges government
Bowser is one of thousands of second-generation “Agent Orange kids,” the exact words she typed into a search engine not very long ago -- words that while may not define her, define her cause.
Bowser’s prophetic search for kids like her led her to a group called Agent Orange Legacy, which she joined in October of 2010. By January, she had been in contact with Masaro Sakata, a filmmaker and widow of an American veteran whose sequel documentary brought her from Japan to Bowser’s front door.

“My hope is that children of American veterans will be recognized and that our country will help clean up the hot spots of Vietnam,” said Bowser, adding, “I want to be able to testify in front of Congress... tell my story... it’s very important. There are more like me and they’re suffering is similar.”
