UPDATE...S. 2738 replaces S. 1602

If enacted into law S. 2738 this bill would establish within the Department of Veterans Affairs a national center for the diagnosis and treatment of health conditions of the descendants of veterans exposed to toxic substances during service in the Armed Forces.
