The order-in-council does not, however, change the criteria by which people must qualify.
They still must have been alive on Feb. 6, 2006,be able to prove they were present at CFB Gagetown at the time of the spray program and have one of a list of illnesses identified by the U.S. Institute of Medicine as linked to Agent Orange exposure.
