Guam - Vice Speaker Benjamin J.F. Cruz sent a letter to island Veterans Organizations informing them of U.S. Veteran Affairs Secretary Erik K. Shinseki’s decision to expand the list of diseases that are presumed to be developed through contact with Agent Orange.
Agent Orange Legacy is advocating for services, support and rights of the Children of Vietnam Veterans exposed to Agent Orange and their families.
