Robert Kaley, the enviornmental affairs director for Solutia [name given to Monsanto's chemical operation when spun off into a separate company in 1997] who also serves as the PCB expert for the American Chemistry Council, said it is unfiar to judge the company's behavior from the 1930s through 1970s by modern standar...ds.

REALLY?

Monsanto produced more agent orange during the Vietnam/American than the other 36 chemical companies that contracted with the fed government.
